Kay and Fran are good friends who always knew they wanted to join forces to create something special.Fran is a practising GP with a strong passion for sustainability. She is dedicated to helping people make simple, realistic swaps in their everyday lives, with the shared goal of reducing carbon footprint and plastic waste. A lifelong animal lover, creating a vegan-friendly environment is also very important to her.Kay had always dreamed of opening her own wellness space. She wanted to create something a little different from the typical beauty salon, combining the luxury of a spa with a sense of ease, warmth, and convenience. Having seen first-hand the amount of single-use plastic and unnecessary waste in the industry, she knew there was a better way, one that wouldn’t compromise on quality.RE:STORE was created from that shared vision. It’s a space open to everyone, whether you’re coming in for a long, peaceful massage, a quick manicure and a coffee, or simply to pop by and say hello, you’re always welcome. Meet the team
kay
Kay is an experienced massage, beauty and wellness therapist with over 21 years in the industry. She's worked in five-star spas and salons across London, Bristol, Bermuda and Sydney, and spent 11 years in Spa Management, progressing to Regional and Project roles opening and developing spas from the ground up.
Her passion lies in connecting with people and delivering tailored holistic treatments. She completed her Oncology Massage training in 2024 and will complete Lymphatic Drainage and Reiki training in 2026. Known for her attention to detail, Kay creates beautiful nails and brows, is a perfectionist when it comes to waxing, and delivers massages that restore both body and mind.

Fran has been a practising GP for 15 years and continues alongside her work at RE:STORE. She’s the friendly face you’ll usually see front of house, always ready with a great coffee and time for a chat.
With her medical background and skincare training, Fran has found her calling as an expert facialist. She combines clinical knowledge with a calm, intuitive approach to deliver results-driven treatments that still feel deeply relaxing. She offers SkinPen microneedling, tailored facials, and sculpting massage facials.

Aimee joined the RE:STORE team in 2024, having previously worked with Kay before remaining close friends, making her a natural fit for the team.
With 7 years experience, she's developed a strong reputation for her effective targeted approach to massage. After qualifying in Beauty Therapy, she went on to train in Sports Massage and Lymphatic Drainage, allowing her to tailor treatments to a wide range of client needs.
She will be completing her Thai Yoga Massage training in 2026. Aimee is known for her incredible massages and loyal client base, and her diary fills up quickly for good reason.
